The Palm Reef Master Plan
Phase I (Under construction)
Located on 400 ft. of Caribbean beachfront, phase I will consist of 2 buildings with a total of 68 luxury resort condominiums. These range from studios to one bedroom and two bedrooms units. The top floor will house a variety of exclusive penthouses. All units have sea views and private balconies. These condos are sold as whole ownership, but are also designed to be used for hotel rental revenues that will help them pay for themselves.

Phase II will be developed on 400 ft. of the Placencia lagoon and consist of 3 buildings. These condos will showcase stunning sunset views of the Mayan mountains and the lagoon waterways. This phase is developed with boat enthusiasts in mind and will include access to a marina.

Tubing
A fun and exciting adventure right in the middle of the Belizean jungle, cave tubing is a popular activity not to be missed during your time in Belize. Several tour companies offer excursions that take you through 7 miles of underground caves on inner tubes where you’ll hear great stories, get a bit of history and see flora and fauna native to the jungle.

Placencia
Placencia is located on a 16 mile long narrow peninsula. While exploring this beautiful paradise you’ll enjoy views of the sparkling Caribbean on one side and the blue lagoon on the other side. The town is a charming fishing village with shops, restaurants and beaches. The pier is a jumping off point for many excursions including snorkeling, and trips down the monkey river.

Wildlife
Belize is well known as an eco-tourism destination. Wildlife can get very up close and personal. It’s easy to experience sightings of howler monkeys, jaguars, sea creatures and numerous species of rare tropical birds.

Belize
Belize is a friendly country rich with an unspoiled natural world that its government is taking steps to protect. It’s also easily accessible with direct flights from many major American cities. It’s the ideal place to slow down and unwind and experience life moment by moment.

Xunantunich
An ancient Maya archaeological site, Xunantunich is located 70 miles from Belize City in the Cayo District. One of the largest cities of the Maya empire, it was abandoned in 900 AD and rediscovered by a Belizean villager in the 1890’s. Today Xunantunich is a fascinating daytrip rich with grand ruins and ancient history.

Coconuts
The Belizean diet is simple, fresh and healthy. One of its staples is the simple coconut which grows in abundance. Coconut water, coconut oil and fresh coconut meat are readily available and widely consumed for their health benefits.

Lobster!
Every June Belize is host to annual lobster festival that celebrates the beginning of lobster season. The festival is host to live music, competitions and shows as well as featuring spectacular lobster dishes for tasting. Lobster season runs from June all the way through the beginning of February.
