Safe and Flexible Financing Available

Units at Palm Reef Resort can be secured by paying a deposit of 20% of the purchase price.
An additional three (3) stage payments of 15% of the purchase price will be required at specific stages of construction, with 10% of the purchase price required at the final stage – verified by the Site Architect.
Upon completion of construction, you will have paid 75% of the total purchase price. The final 25% payment will be due upon completion and transfer of property to the Buyer.
Purchasers looking to finance 50% through a local Bank may approach Atlantic Bank, Scotia Bank, Belize Bank or CIBC – First Caribbean.
